Hi, 

 

I am working at a company and we use Nitro Pro, I used the 14 day trial version because we could not access the serial number we got through our business email, and when using the steps described on the website, we got a number with multiple xxxxxxx on the end. So I cannot activate the nitro Pro we got through our company.

Could you please provide a screenshot about the steps where you are seeing xxxxxxx? 
Are you seeing this information in the About Nitro Pro window of application?

Hi @Julio Egas

It is by design to not display the complete serial number in the application. This is to protect the license from theft and unauthorized use. 
You will need to reach out to your company or to the person who purchased the license to get the complete serial number.

Right, but the person who aquired the licnese for the company, is right now unabvailable for us to contact. Is there a way to get the serial number so that we can use it?, Maybe sendind an email to the registered user?

Unfortunately, we only provide the details of the license to the owner / purchaser.
Please provide the email address that was used  to purchase the license and we will look into it.

My company believes that maybe the license was purchased under this email: oleg@accred-ops.com . Could you tell me if it was, so tha we can find this SN?

Hi @Julio Egas,

My apologies but we cannot find any license purchase record under the provided email addresses. 
You may try to reach out to our Merchant (Cleverbridge) to see if they can help you with locating the serial number purchase. But I would like to set an expectation that they may ask you the same questions like the email address you used to purchase the license. 

Their support portal is at https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us and from there, you will see the Access Order Information section.
