Daren Stensrud
When trying to print a pdf that has been modified the changes are not printing. The original does print. The weird thing is that even if someone else makes a modification to the pdf and saves it, when this person brings it up she can see the changes but when printing it prints the original document. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted April 11 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted April 11 Greetings @Daren Stensrud Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! I understand that the added changes on the document are not visible when printing. Before you print the document, do you see the changes in the Print Preview section, or the changes are not visible in there as well? Also, what is the version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro? You can see this information when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Steven DesJardins
I have a similar problem. When filling out a form or adding to a PDF document only the original (blank Form) prints out. The preview shows only the blank form. I am using version 13.70.4.50... I recently replaced my printer to a Canon G7020. Larry Savage
Ditto.. Same issue... Changes or additions to a pdf display on the pdf but do not appear on the print view or printed document. Version 13. Have deleted and re-installed the program several times. No success. I own several Nitro licenses and they are installed on 6 other machines. None of them have this issue... Need a solution. All printing is done on HP Laser printers. This issue is on a desktop with I9 processor - 64 gig of RAM - 64 bit - 1TB SSD. Running Windows 10 Pro. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 29 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 29 Greetings @Steven DesJardins and @Larry Savage I recommend performing a clean uninstall using our cleanup tool and then reinstalling Nitro PDF Pro 13. This tool will remove all traces of Nitro and the process is different compared to Windows' uninstall. Please refer to the steps below: 1. Download the Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.3.1.193/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip Please note that customized stamps will be removed since this tool will remove all traces of Nitro. If you have customized stamps, please refer to the link below about how to transfer/backup stamps: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509 Skip this part and move to the next step if you do not have any customized stamps. 2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. Please be aware that a command window will appear during the cleanup process. 3. After the cleanup, restart the computer. 4. Download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13 from the link below: Note: Please ensure that you click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads 5. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, launch the application then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 license then click Activate.
