Nitro License Upgrade to V13 - Zero Support or Direction

I don't know where else to try. Being ignored and jerked in circles is ridiculous.

 

I have been attempting to upgrade my Nitro License for over a month. I have received no response, despite being assured a quote would follow when I managed to contact Support

Your upgrade website directs me to contact Sales. Support tells me to contact the Deal Desk. Sales and the Deal Desk will not return e-mails. There is no phone to call. This is an unacceptable Customer Service experience.



Can ANYONE direct me to someone at Nitro who actually will help me continue to use their product? At this point I wonder if they want my business.

Hi,

I am having similar issues with a number of serial numbers that show as upgraded, cannot be de-activated, are not present on any laptops being upgraded and are not recognised.  Have only managed to successfully install 2 out of 5 licences.  Any assistance would be appreicited as I can't even generate a support ticket from your website.
