We installed the Nitro Pro 13 on our computers but it seemed to keep on crashing repeatedly. Right now, we uninstalled it and instead installed the Nitro Pro 12 which worked. However, as we were activating one of the serial keys, it doesn't seem to work and is not pushing through. Can you please assist us with this issue? What error message are you getting? Regarding the crashing issue, can you please let me know your workflow so we can try to troubleshoot? What specific version of Nitro Pro 13 were you using? Jeffrey Roy Pascual Posted April 12 Author Report Share Posted April 12 Hi Leslie, I was able to fix the issue by following a certain thread here by doing a clean-up and installing the latest Net Framework in my computer.
