Licence Issues but no support available

Hi,

I am having trouble with 3out of 5 of out Nitro licences.  Two show up as upgraded already, all show as active (but they were all removed from laptops during a recent upgrade), none can be de-activated from the website or upgraded and none are recognised when trying to activate them.

Support tickets only direct me to this forum and the online assistant is of zero help.

These two licences were updated and new seial numbers provided:

******************* now ******************* - installed & running

******************* now ******************* - installed & running

 

These two are showing as already upgraded but cannot be de-activated, are not installed on anything and cannot be activated:

*******************

 

This licence shows up as being consolidated into a business licence but is not installed on anything and cannot be upgraded or activated:

*******************

 

From our company records, all were issued to in******************* .uk, which I have full access to.

I made the necessary modifications, all 3 serials you mentioned can be upgraded to version 13 through here: https://gonitro.com/support/upgrade
