We own 4 Nitro 13 licenses but since my only choice (i.e. zero support available) was to create a new account, my new account does not reflect my existing licenses. I need a way to track and monitor all of the licenses. I am not in the market for new purchases at this time but when I log in, I expect to be able to manage my licenses. In checking your account, I can see that you purchased a single-user Nitro PDF Pro licenses. Please note that a Nitro Sign account is not automatically created when purchasing a Nitro PDF Pro license and a sign-up process is needed which can be done through the Nitro Sign page at https://cloud.gonitro.com/ Also, the password reset option will only work on existing and active Nitro Sign accounts. You can use our licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to check the status of your single-user licenses.
