I have my serial number and activation code, but neither are working. The license search shows I have 2 license allowed and 0 activated. Using the Licensing portal, please check the version of your serial number. If the version is 12, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12. If version 13, you should be installing Nitro PDF Pro 13. The installer for each version can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - download the installer that matches the version of your license. To determine which version and build is installed on your computer, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
