Mark Howard Posted April 17, 2023 Report Share Posted April 17, 2023 For some time we have been converting PDFs to Word using Nitro Pro. Since last Friday, April 14, 2023, the conversion has produced unusable documents. It tries to convert graphics into gobbledygook characters, changes fonts in the middle of words, adds spaces in the middle of words, etc. Going back to a source document from Thursday, the conversion was just as bad, but when we actually did this ON Thursday, it worked pretty well. Unfortunately, the source document is confidential investment information, so we cannot share it. For the moment, we are using Microsoft Word to convert our documents and getting acceptable results, but not as good as we were used to. We are on version 13.70.4.50 Enterprise.
