Nitro Sign for SharePoint App never shows in the App Catalog to deploy to sites

We are having issues adding The Nitro Sign for SharePoint App to our app catalog. This is stopping us from deploying the app to the 3000+ sites that we have. We cannot manually deploy it one site at a time.

Is there a downloadable version of the app to upload or can we add the app in a way that allows it to show in the App Catalog, or is there a solution to deploy it in bulk another way ( like PowerShell etc )

We have raised this multiple times over the last few years and never got a proper answer from Nitro or Microsoft.
