Serial Number xxxxx'd out, so now no ability for support ticket?

Trying to sort out a new bug (inserted graphics (like a signature, etc) are rotated incorrectly when pasted and no ability to correct it.  Now I can't submit a trouble ticket because the serial number is required to start a ticket, but the serial number is only the prefix, and then xxxxx's.  Why would you do this?

I have same issue serial # then xxxxxxx.  No where to get help!!

Please note that the full serial number is not displayed in the Nitro PDF Pro application. This is to protect the license from theft and unauthorized use. 
Your serial number can be found within the Invoice Receipt that was sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the license. You can search your email inbox using the keyword 'Nitro' and then look for the subject line that contains 'Your Nitro PDF Pro order'
