JP Bernier Posted April 19 Report Share Posted April 19 Trying to sort out a new bug (inserted graphics (like a signature, etc) are rotated incorrectly when pasted and no ability to correct it. Now I can't submit a trouble ticket because the serial number is required to start a ticket, but the serial number is only the prefix, and then xxxxx's. Why would you do this? Please note that the full serial number is not displayed in the Nitro PDF Pro application. This is to protect the license from theft and unauthorized use. Your serial number can be found within the Invoice Receipt that was sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the license.
