Chris Casto Posted April 23 Report Share Posted April 23 I have a license for 13 pro and was running 13.70.2.40 with no issues. Found there was a security update and downloaded the installer and it finished with the launch Nitro screen. When you click close or run you get a the crash report for Nitro Pro. I have tried uninstalling and using the cleanup tool with no change. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. This is on a Windows 10 21H2 machine. We are aware of this issue and already working on a fix through the next release. In the meantime, the work-around we recommend is to downgrade to 13.70.2.40 build. To get this done, please uninstall 13.70.4.50 then install 13.70.2.40 using the installer from the following location: 64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi Kind regards, Edited April 25 by Reymund G.
