The upgrade price from PDFpenPro 12 to Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Mac is currently at US$59.99. In my case I have a PDF Pen Pro for Mac Family Pack license, can you check the current upgrade price? I think is not possible to upgrade from a Family License to a single user license, can you check? PDFPen has been rebranded to Nitro PDF Essentials for Mac, while PDFpenPro is Nitro PDF Pro for Mac. Since you have a version PDFpen version 13 license, you can use it to activate Nitro PDF Essentials 13 for Mac. Once installed and activated, you can upgrade to the Pro version through the application, the upgrade process will provide as well the upgrade price.
