Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Please provide the following so we could further troubleshoot your Nitro PDF Pro activation issues:

1. Details of the activation error message.
2. The serial number you are using to activate Nitro PDF Pro. 
3. The version and complete build. This can be located when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example format is Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x).

We try to activate and it just sits there and won't register. We can't even get the download to reappear back so we can retry. 

 

Serial number: 504***************** or 504*****************. Nitro Pro 12.

We need to re-download the install with our serial number that we already purchased. It is on a computer that crashed and we had to reinstall all of our programs.

My apologies for missing your update in this post. 
The serial numbers you provided are version 13 licenses. Please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

After the installation, you can activate by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
