Andrew Coates Posted April 26 Report Share Posted April 26 My users are getting a Notification saying their trail period has expired. However we do not have a trial period as we use the Nitro Admin portal and the user has a license assigned. I cannot see an option for a serial number or anything similar to that on the admin side. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't worked. They are signed in using the account created on the portal. How do I solve this? This isn't the first time this has happened.
