Why is Nitro afraid of having someone at their offices who can help their customers?

I need to get my v12 activated. But nobody is home. Can't call nitro. Can't email them. No chat. Post questions and get no answers on the forum most of the time.

I agree - we need assistance downloading the software again as our main billing departments computer crashed and lost all programs. We could reinstall all programs including office except for Nitro. No response on forums. 

No number to call for help

No chat for assistance.

Waiting days for an answer is costing our business income because it is our billing department!

I agree 100%! We've been loyal long-term customers, and yet for the PAST 7 DAYS!!!... No one Can SELL ME NITRO SIGN ADVANCED??? Or even reply to my want to Purchase?  

I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to Purchase Service from Nitro... I'm about to drop them entirely. Which means they'll lose a great deal of my Business Partners - We can't have a service that doesn't offer CUSTOMER SERVICE!
