When it was time to renew the support, I found out that it was no longer offered. During that year of support, I applied the Nitro updates as they came out, and had several problems with the updates. Nitro Support helped me solve those problems. Since I learned that I no longer had support, I have stopped applying updates. However, now I see that there is a security update, and I'd like to install it if possible. Please tell me: 1. Do I have the right to install Nitro Pro 13 updates, or did that right end when my support ended? 2. If the answer to 1 is that I can install the updates, do you offer support to solve any problems that the update installation causes?
