Can layers and layer states from AutoCAD be recover when a PDF is created using PrimoPDF the FREE version?

When I create a PDF using the FREE version of PrimoPDF from an AutoCAD file and send the PDF to someone, will they be able to convert the PDF file back to AutoCAD and get the original layers and layer states from the original AutoCAD file?
