Computer Crashed / Nitro Pro won't let me reinstall with current serial number

We had a computer crash and was unable to deactivate nitro pro before so. We need to reactive Nitro pro on the same computer that is now up and running. We had two users with serial numbers:

504****************  Serial number

504****************  Serial Number

 

Can you allow one serial number to be reactivated so we can have Nitro Pro that we purchased to be reinstalled?

Both serial numbers are active and should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. 
If needed, you can download the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once installed, you can activate by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
