Duplicating Form Fields

How does one make multiple duplicates of a form field? I select a field but I see no way to make multiple copies across and down.

You can make multiple copies of a form field by switching to Select Fields mode under Forms tab then select the form field. 
Once selected, Properties and Alignment tab will appear at the top, along with the menu options. Click Properties tab then use the Make Copies tool.

A related issue?: I would like to duplicate a text box or a form text field on every page of my document. How can one do that other than copying and pasting one page at a time?

Back in May as it says above it worked perfectly but now 10/25/23 it doesn't. If I select a grade (i.e. 4 down, 2 across), NP puts all of the new copies on the page horizontally putting many off the page.
