My Nitro Pro Won't Activate

I deactivated it on my old computer.  I keep getting an error message.  There are different versions on each computer.  Ideas?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and its activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13. I have the same problem, but I can't login to upgrade as I have closed my original email account.

Plus, I have bought a new computer, but my registration number won't work, even though it comes up in my search on your website.

Please can someone help?

My issue may be a little different. We just Installed Nitro company wide to replace Adobe. My version of 13 says trial mode on my laptop but is fully activated on my desktop. I do not have the serial number as it was purchased by someone else. Why does my laptop version not activate when I log in? I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no difference.

I know I need to upgrade -and clearly it will be cheaper to do that, than buy completely new.

Activation of your organization's license depends on the type of license you've purchased. If your IT team has assigned you a license, you may need to activate it using either a serial number or by logging in. If you're unsure about the activation process or need to obtain your license, please contact your IT team. Alternatively, they can also reach out to us for assistance in locating and sending the license to them.

Thank you Leslie.

My desktop activated just fine by logging in with my credentials, but when I log in on my laptop it doesn't register. It only stays in trial mode.

Hello Jordan,

The login option in Nitro PDF Pro is the Nitro Sign integration (this is a separate program).

I sent the reset password link to your email address so you can reset and try to login again.

Please let me know how that goes.
