Access to path denied

Hello I am getting the following error Access to path Nitro|Pro|13\NitropowerPointAddin.ini is denied. I have tried repairing both Nitro PDF and Powerpoint and the error remains. I am using Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645. Can you please help.

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.70.4.50 from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial  number.
