I am trying to Upgrade by Nitro PDF Pro version, when I put my serial number on this page https://gonitro.com/support/upgrade it gives me this error

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

Please provide the serial number that you would like to upgrade so we could check its status and eligibility for the upgrade on our end.
