Moving License from old laptop to new laptop, but don't know the serial key.

I'm in IT support and user needed to be moved to new laptop as the old laptop is having issues. User requested to move the Nitro Pro Licence to the new laptop. However he doesn't have any email correspondence on serial number as it was configured over a few years ago.

Only reference i got is the following:

Serial: 504942XXXXXXXXXXXX

Computer ID: qLMQrurL5RCMcbE5V4K/

Status: Registered

Nalpeiron Version: Library Version: 3.4.56.7 NSL: 13.4.56.7

We generally request that the person who purchased the license to get in touch with us so that we can arrange for the delivery of the serial number. 
Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.

I have another computer that has Nitro Pro license applied to it and we needed to move the license to another computer. Could you please provide the name of the person who owns the license including the email address while still part of the company?
