Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 9 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 9 Greetings @Tracey Greatbatch Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! If you are using the licensing portal, the Deactivate button is not applicable on serial numbers with zero (0) counts under 'Number of Activations'. Kindly provide the serial number that you will use to activate the software. This will help us determine which version should be installed on your computer. Kind regards,

Please provide the following so we could further troubleshoot your activation issue: 1. The version and build of Nitro PDF Pro on your computer. This can be located when you open Nitro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. The serial number you are using to activate the software.
