Activation difficulty - Nitro page asks for a computer to deactivate, no computers listed. Death spiral of robo-help.

I'm trying to activate my Nitro Pro subscription. Using auto-help, the recommendation is to de-activate and reactivate. The Nitro webpage asks for a computer to deactivate, but I don't see any options to select. I paid for it 4/18/23.

In checking your email address, I can see a license purchase with a version 13 serial number.
Please note that when using the license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, the Deactivate function will only work if the 'Number of Activation' is not zero (0). 
If the value is zero, you can proceed with installing the appropriate version on your computer. The installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - on your case, you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 since you have a version 13 serial number.

Once Nitro PDF Pro is installed, you can activate by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
