NitroPDFUser Posted May 10 Report Share Posted May 10 Hello. I've got a customer that has a perpetual v12 license that needs to move from one PC to a new one. I've deactivated the installation on the old system, and have attempted to re-activate on the new PC. I've tried to use the self service portal, it shows 0 activation's in use, however when trying to activate the software on this new pc I am getting an error window that states: Quote -24: Activation error Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate. Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link below: Submit a support request. I head over to the support request link, and enter in the name and email and serial number of the product in the page, it takes me to a page to deactivate installations, they are already at 0 active activations. I tried to do the manual activation and was directed to http://nitropro.com/activate and it redirects me to a page that doesn't allow me to enter in the machine ID or Activation ID to generate the certificate.
