Hide and Seek Highlighting

This is an ongoing issue reported by several people for over a year and no correction has been made even though one of your team members confirmed the problem.

This is incredibly frustrating.  Almost every PDF I receive needs to have sections highlighted and  if I scroll down the page, the highlighting I just did, disappears and even if you do it again, it will disappear but, if you then closet the file and reopen it, the highlighting is double thick. It is ridiculous to have e to keep closing / reopening files just to see what you have highlighted and make sure it is actually there before you send it out.
