Can't Create a Footer

Using version 13.33.2.645 - I can't create or save a footer. 

1. I have tried to import an external .nxp file using Manage Headers & Footers, it won't import the file.

2.  I have tried to create a footer manually.  I can create it and name it, but it won't apply or save under Profiles.

All of the videos and tutorials I can find show that I am doing things correctly, but I can't create or save a footer.  I have tried across several different PDF files, same result.

Could you please confirm if the steps you've taken to create and assign the footer are the same as the screencast below?

 
If so, please try to update your installation to the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13. The installer for the latest build can be located at the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

This update will perform an uninstallation of the old build and then installation of the latest build.
When done, please observe if this fixes the issue with the Footer.

I downloaded the latest update and that appears to have solved the problem, thanks.
