Nitro PDF 13 does not allow the print feature and resizes font to be unreadable-Anyone else having issue?

I have a paid subscription to Nitro 13 and out of blue the print option no longer worked.  It compresses font to become unreadable.  Is there something that happened that is causing this?  Why would font look compressed when print option to create a pdf is used??
