Fairly recently I purchased the NitroPDF product on my older laptop, which had a complete failure of the hard disk. I tried to get the information back using a recovery tool, but this failed. I'm hoping that NitroPDF keeps this information and would send it to me to reenable me to commence using NitroPDF as a licensed user. I'm currently using the trial. Thank you for any help. Ian.
