Chris Nottle Posted May 12 Report Share Posted May 12 Hi Support, Need a bit of help with the support team to provide me my serial number/ activation key so that I can re-activate my Nitro product. Long story short is I had to reset my device so I need to reactivate Nitro Pro on the deice as I had to reinstall it after the reset.
