NitroPro 12 Crash

Hi

The icon is in the taskbar but nothing when you click on it (no ghost screen).
When I am over the icon, i see that the software is launched but the page is blank.
I checked the activation of the product with my serial (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal)

Number of Activations	0
Number of Activations Allowed	2

It says the product is not activated on any computer. So I try to activate but -24: Activation Error

I need some help please.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

Please double check, the version should be 12.16.9.574 not 12.16.3.574.

I've test with new user account on the computer and Nitro is running without problem for this one !!!

I delete all appdata folders...

Always the same
