Could you please provide the serial number that you would like to upgrade to version 14?

Could you please visit our Upgrade Portal again and try to upgrade this license?

Now I'm getting this message: You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.

 

You don't honor your promotions now?  How do I attached the  email off I was sent and then my reciept???? 

I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get what was promised of your craptasktic program 😡
