Ryan Trinkle Posted May 18 Report Share Posted May 18 So having troubles trying to upgrade to the new version and when I type in my serial number, says it is not valid, even though I am pulling it from the program. I understand that you are receiving an error message when attempting to upgrade through the Upgrade portal. Could you please provide the serial number that you would like to upgrade to version 14?
