Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. The serial number entered is the one that I received from Cleverbridge when I upgraded to Nitro Pro 13 and was used to successfully activate my copy of Nitro Pro 13. -Robert Germain Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
