In general, I find Nitro Pro 13 to be great. But whenever I have to deal with your company, searching my emails for my serial number is a massive pain and a complete waste of my time.
If you're going to require serial numbers (most companies don't these days; they seem to go by email addresses), you have to make it more findable.
