Nitro Pro 13 serial number not working for Nitro Pro 14 upgrade

I've entered my serial number in but getting the red error message for some reason.

Could you please confirm if you are upgrading your serial number that ends with 54708?
If so, you should be able to upgrade this license to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal. 

If you are upgrading using a different serial number, please provide it so we can check on our end.
