Could you please try to access again our Upgrade Portal and then observe the results when upgrading your serial number? My Nitro Pro 13 License: 504*************** and (Old Nitro Pro 12 License: 234***************). Please help. Please use your version 13 serial number to get a free upgrade to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal. I reviewed the license and you should get the message 'You’re eligible for a free upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.' in our Upgrade Portal.
