PDF PEN UPGRADE

Looking for info on a PDF Pen 13 upgrade. The system does not recognize my registration number when I enter it.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

At present, the Nitro PDF Pro for Mac is still at version 13 and the license upgrade process for this platform is through the application.
Currently, the Upgrade Portal is designed for Nitro PDF Pro for Windows licenses.

Furthermore, please be aware the Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa. This also applies to the upgrade process.

If you are still on the PDFpen 13 installation, you can update it to Nitro PDF Essentials 13 (Nitro Software branded product) and then use the same license code to activate it. 
If you would like to update, please provide your license code so we can determine the appropriate installer.

Let me know how to update to Essentials for now, and i'll upgrade to Pro once it is available for Mac.

Here's the installer for the Nitro PDF 13 Essentials:

Leave the PDFpen 13 installed on your machine then install Nitro PDF 13 Essentials.
After the installation, you can use the Nitro Migration Assistant to migrate your settings. Please refer to the link below for more information:

Regarding the Nitro PDF Pro for Mac and it is on version 13 (this is the latest version of the application for Mac). 
If you are interested, you can upgrade your Nitro PDF Pro 13 Essentials to Nitro PDF Pro 13 through the application.

@Reymund Oyong I followed your directions but the migration assistant cannot find the PDFPenPro13 folder.  Is it because I had PDFPenPro 13 and essentials doesn't work with it?
