But when I click on the Upgrade Now button and enter my serial number (as given in the Cleverbridge order Reference #32******* - 11/04/2022) I get the following message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." Could you please access again the Upgrade Portal and attempt to upgrade your serial number?
