Having difficulty upgrading to Nitro PDF Pro 14...

Got the "...the New Nitro PDF Pro 14 is here!" email today.  But when I click on the Upgrade Now button and enter my serial number (as given in the Cleverbridge order Reference #32******* - 11/04/2022) I get the following message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

This is the post... any help appreciated.

Could you please access again the Upgrade Portal and attempt to upgrade your serial number?
If you are still receiving the same message, please provide the serial number that you are trying to upgrade to version 14.
