Graeme Ritchie Posted May 18 Report Share Posted May 18 I received an email to upgrade from Nitro pro 13 to Nitro pro 14 , went to the upgrade screen, put in my serial number and get this message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue"., I tried a few times and get the same message. from Graeme Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
