My serial number is not recognized for upgrade

I entered the serial number that I got when I purchased Nitro Pro in February.  I tried to log into your system, but realized that I had didn't register, or didn't keep track of password, so I created an account. That told me that I could download a trial, but I don't need a trial, I already have paid for and am using the real thing. So now I need everything cleaned up.

The online account is for Nitro Sign, a different program, not Nitro PDF Pro.

You do not need to login to be able to use Nitro PDF Pro. You only need to use your serial number.

You can get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

If you wish to upgrade to version 14, kindly visit the following web page:
https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

On the web page, please enter your serial number and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
