Richard Fairly Posted May 19, 2023 Report Share Posted May 19, 2023 I received an unsolicited email from teamnitro@gonitro.com that informed me I qualified for a free upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14. It included a button to click to claim the free upgrade. I clicked the button and entered my serial number in the field. The shopping cart that appeared showed that I would be charged $96 for the free upgrade. That doesn't seem reasonable, and I'm hoping that Team Nitro can clarify the situation. By the way, I just purchased Nitro PDF Pro last month, and I am surprised that I would be asked to make an additional hefty payment to receive the first upgrade.
