Upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 - Failed

I purchased the upgrade and am having a problem with all of my serial numbers.  When I enter a serial number to upgrade it says "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly.

Enter your serial numbers one at a time and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key and installation files.

Hello, it got me to the next screen and said I am eligible but it is asking me for $89.99.  I already paid for updates when I bought Nitro 13 a month ago.  Please further fix so I can download the update without it prompting me to pay $89.99.
