Lavrentios Spanos Posted May 19 Report Share Posted May 19 Hello, Trying to upgrade my nitro pro version 13 to the new 14 my serial 504xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not recognized. As you can see my serial has no dashes... Where shall I put them? Also I noticed that many others have the same problem. What should I do? But I would like to inform you that I was told by your system that I am eligible from free upgrade when it comes available when I purchased the 13 version...
