Hello, Trying to upgrade my nitro pro version 13 to the new 14 my serial 504xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not recognized.

As you can see my serial has no dashes... Where shall I put them?

Also I noticed that many others have the same problem. What should I do?

I have the original mail sent from you when I purchase the software.

Hello again.

Thank you very much for your response to my querries.

But I would like to inform you that I was told by your system that I am eligible from free upgrade when it comes available when I purchased the 13 version...

Now the system says that I have to pay for the 14 upgrade...
