Richard Sanchez Posted May 19 Report Share Posted May 19 Hi. When I try to get upgrade to NITRO PDF PRO 14, appears the following message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I thougth there was an error with my licente, but in the "Activating Nitro Pro | Nitro (gonitro.com)" page, my license appears. What should I do in order to solve this issue? Regards.
