Burt Perrin
I'm a long-term user of PDFPen (Pro). While I've quite liked this application, one annoyance is that from time to time it would crash, and I'd need to force quit and to reload. Works fine again, but annoying. The problem persists wince Nitro has taken over. Is there any way in which the stability of PDFPen could be improved?
Brian Dyck
I am having a problem with the program crashing (the new 14 version only) when I view a large file.
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted 10 hours ago Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted 10 hours ago Greetings @Burt Perrin Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Could you please confirm if you are still using the PDFPen or the rebranded version which is Nitro PDF Pro for Mac? If the latter, could you please provide the version and complete the build? The details can be found when you launch the application then click its name at the top left then select the About section. Kind regards,
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted 10 hours ago Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted 10 hours ago Greetings @Brian Dyck Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Could you please confirm if you are using Nitro PDF Pro for Windows or Mac? I asked because version 14 is the latest version on the Windows platform while version 13 is on the Mac platform.
