Burt Perrin
I'm a long-term user of PDFPen (Pro). While I've quite liked this application, one annoyance is that from time to time it would crash, and I'd need to force quit and to reload. Works fine again, but annoying. The problem persists wince Nitro has taken over. Is there any way in which the stability of PDFPen could be improved?

Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 31, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 31, 2023 Greetings @Burt Perrin Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Could you please confirm if you are still using the PDFPen or the rebranded version which is Nitro PDF Pro for Mac? If the latter, could you please provide the version and complete the build? The details can be found when you launch the application then click its name at the top left then select the About section. Kind regards,

Kind regards, Can you please advise me on what to do about my Windows Nitro 14 that I can't work with since I upgraded from V13. It allows me to upload a file but it will not allow me to edit the file at all without crashing.
