jeff steil Posted May 21 Report Share Posted May 21 This deactivation happens like once every year or so. When I launched my Nitro Pro the other day It's stating (Expired Trial). When I attempt to reactive it, I get an error stating my "serial number does not exist". I've been a paying subscriber to Nitro Pro for about 8 years now and have periodically paid for new version releases over the years. I'm currently running version 220.127.116.115.
