Reactivation - "Serial number does not exist"

This deactivation happens like once every year or so. When I launched my Nitro Pro the other day It's stating (Expired Trial). When I attempt to reactive it, I get an error stating my "serial number does not exist". I've been a paying subscriber to Nitro Pro for about 8 years now and have periodically paid for new version releases over the years. I'm currently running version 13.33.2.645.

I sent you a direct message with your version 13 serial number.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. 

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Hey Leslie, I figured it out. I was using an older S/N but found my current S/N from when I purchased NP rev 13 last year. Thanks!
