James Flaherty Posted May 21, 2023 Report Share Posted May 21, 2023 Hi, I am trying to activate Nitro Pro on a new lap top. I have a 504 serial number. When I try to activate I get a serial number not recognised message. Additonally when I use the find license tool, my status is active and I have 2 available activiations. Any ideas?
