I too am experiencing the same problem. My serial number is not being recognized for the upgrade.

I am experiencing the same problem with my serial number not being recognized for the upgrade. I'm currently running version 13.22.0.414.

Additional comments in other postings recommending using https://gonitro.com/support/upgrade 

This link does not work either.

If you still cannot proceed with the upgrade, please provide the serial number you want to upgrade.
